Jonathan Dixon

Jonathan Dixon is one of Stepney Ward's Green Councillors and is leader of the Green Group on Scarborough Borough Council. He is a member of the Council's Cabinet with responsibility for Housing, Public Health, Property Maintenance and Sustainability. He is also a member of the Licensing Committee.

Dilys Cluer

Dilys Cluer is one of the Green Councillors for Stepney Ward. She is Chair of the Cental Urban Area Committee and vice-chair of the Corporate Strategy Overview and Scrutiny Committee. She is a member of the Planning and Development Committee and Standards Committee, and is chair of the Sustainability Working Group.

Scarborough's Green Councillors

Scarborough currently has three Green councillors on the Borough Council. Jonathan Dixon and Dilys Cluer were elected for Stepney Ward in May 2007. Jonathan had previously been elected in a by-election in 2006. Nick Harvey was elected for Hertford Ward at a by-election in August 2009.

Jonathan and Dilys hold regular ward surgeries on the first Saturday morning of every month from 10.30 - 11.30am at Emmanuel St John Church on St John's Road in Scarborough. Nick holds a surgery in Hunmanby weekly on Tuesdays at Jilly’s Café on Hungate Lane in Hunmanby between 10am and 11am.

No appointments are necessary for these surgeries. All your councillors can also be contacted by letter, email or by telephone at any reasonable time.

Your councillors are available to help with any local ward issues or with any issues to do with the local council.
